Could be done in less than 5 minutes, but I guess you wouldn't be able to charge so much for it. Really object to the padding inserted here.
Good training that covers all aspects of using DSE
I found the training really helpful being a pregnant women. I found that certain things in the training that i was not aware of/ doing before, which is simple and effective and i have started to do this now and i feel it has benefited me working from home.
I feel such a relief already from having learnt everything to ensure my work station is most comfortable and healthy for my posture and well-being. Brilliant course to learn. More awareness about this in work places is needed, and this training is wonderful for it. I'm very glad I have learnt the proper posture and stretches! Thank you so much.

Well presented and informative.
The pace was perfect, the content was well thought out and considered multiple scenarios (including two screens where I use one screen more than another!) and it put in just enough fact/science to explain why things happen.I especially love that this wasn't about "shaming" you into doing the right thing but a reminder that you will naturally do the wrong thing and you have to keep reminding yourself to do the right thing, starting with making sure you have the right tools to get it right to begin with! This is exactly what DSE should be about, not just ticking off a checklist confirming that your screen is in the right place (once upon a time).
