The display screen equipment is very good because you get to learn more about the display screen equipment and where to place the equipment and how to keep yourself safe.
After WFH for many months, this has really made me think about my workstation and my set up. This was spurred on by the delivery of my new WFH equipment so I welcomed the time to understand how my equipment should be set up.
It was a very useful course
I liked that is gave lots of practical advice, e.g. stretches. the workplace and desk cleaning needs to be updated to cope with COVID-19, which requires bacteria or soap and water to break its lipid layer.

Bite sized video clips made it easy to follow and take in information. Good links to additional information too.
The course was well presented and covered everything I needed to know, films were not to long and being able to dip and out helpful. This meant I could progress at my own pace.
