Tone and style pitched just right, not too cheesy, not too officious. Very clear visuals with some nice effects but no gimmicks. Could have done with an older fatter model to demonstrate good and bad postures and movements as well as the young slim ones! Actually doing the stretches was helpful and convincing to a cynic. Made me think about what I've been putting up with while working from home and what I need to change.

Good explanations of equipment usage. Videos were good and informative.

It made be think about my work station set up as I am currently working from home. I realised that I will need to make further adjustments if I were to continuously work from home in the future.

I don’t use a computer regularly in my job and use a tablet much more often so it’s good to have a reminder that I still need to take care even with a tablet

Throughly enjoyable and informative course

Completing the video scenarios as easy to understand and practice during watching. The form was easy to complete using tick selection boxes. The test was questions were fairly easy to understand.

I liked the way it made as much focus on the persons well-being throughout the day as well as the equipment position

I did not find this too patronising, sometimes on line courses that are teaching you things you feel you know can come across a bit patronising and too long. What I liked about it - It was broken down into brief videos I found I could stop easily making it easier to fit into my working day.
