really good to refresh memory about using equipment within the workplace
I think this type of training could be done in at least half the time, as it is at many other universities. Also, some sections can be made optional (e.g. pregnancy).

It is good to remind ourselves about the posture we work in to prevent health issues. This course just reminded me and advise me what to look for and take regular breaks which we don't in our every day activities. Thank you.
I found it a really good recap of DSE, I loved the exercises and reminders to take regular breaks and the 20-20-20 rule. Great course!
