Would have been better with the additional working from home module included as standard.
This training makes you really think about all the things you can do wrong when working from home and the easy ways you can alleviate problems quickly eg. getting up and moving; having the DSE set up in the correct way.

I think the key point of feedback was the duration; long enough to properly convey the points needed to be understood and actioned yet not too long that it became boring and lacking punch.Well presented and with clear narrative.

Very informative course, builds upon standard HSE DSE form. Stretches and exercise suggestions very good.
