Great all rounder

A great all rounder of a course to remind and prompt you of all aspects to check that you are working within the realms to keep you safe and well.

5/5
Easy to follow the structured course.

Very clear presentation that was set out well in its relevant sections. The one-question test at the end of each section was a good reminder of content.

Well presented and overall a good course

As stated overall a good course. The course was a good reminder of things once learnt. The course was set for an ideal work environment though, which few workplaces are.

4/5
Good reminder of how to sit correctly

A good course highlighting how we should be sitting correctly at our workstations either at work or at home with some great ideas regarding stretching.

5/5
repetitive, common knowledge

I didn't find it informative. All the information given is common health knowledge.

2/5
Good information provided.

A lot of it is common sense but it’s always good practice to go over the advice and guidance.

5/5
great simple stretching exercises

Missed opportunity for lockdown support

The course was mostly ok, although not being able to skip the sections that were not relevant resulted in a kind a partial attention and mild irritation. Some of the questions weren't really testing understanding - they were just asking behavioural questions the answer to which had been provided a short time before. The examples didn't apply to us since we're all working from home, and in my case, there's no option at my kitchen table for height or space adjustment - I just have to make do, and would have liked to have seen more about lockdown working. Some drag and drop quiz questions might have worked give the spatial and alignment elements. And finally, the course didn't seem to accommodate users who might have different needs from the typical.
