I found this course very informative and easy to follow. The visual scenes were very clear and the audio was easy to understand. The Bullet points at the end of each section which recapped the info was also helpful.

I enjoyed the course have the short burst and knowledge test broke up the learning and made it seem short.

Thr training was easy to follow and understand.

Clear and helpful, put across in a clear, caring and professional way, identifying respective responsibilities. Lots of good practice and practical ideas to pull DSE Users out of bad habits/stop them getting them in the first place and useful supporting materials. Course assessment invaluable to identify areas for improvement.

This training is accessible and covers a lot of aspects in a short time.

Much was not relevant to my work. It did not deal with eyesight considerations such as getting enough of a VDU in focus when wearing varifocals.

It is a very good training and reminder on how to maintain good postures, so to minimize risks to our physical health and reduce stress especially at this time where most of us or people work away from office.
