The way to use DSE is really important, i now understand it
The course covered the necessary aspects and was godd as an update of this important area of working environment. Especially now when we are also working from home to a much greater extent than before. It should be repeated bi-annually or when changes occur.
This was really informative and important knowledge gained as a DSE user. The detailed explanations in a simple video was a treat to watch.
The sections on stretching and reliving eye strain were particularly useful. I think I will incorporate the stretches into my daily routine. Thanks
A handy reminder of posture, positioning and some good ideas for activity breaks.
