Good course
This course really left me with no unanswered questions. The presentation was clear, thorough, and complete.
Ghastly, patronising videos. Subject matter could be delivered far quicker. Could have got the same from 10mins rather than wasting over half an hour of my evening. And now my personal Facebook timeline is populated by adverts for ihasco - that I REALLY OBJECT TO.
A lot of basic information but also some good information that I was not aware of.
I enjoyed this course as the information was presented in a clear manner that was easily understood. The information was presented in short / small 'chunks' which felt more manageable compared to longer video segments. The course provided good reminders of things I had forgotten about and will help me make adjustments to my current working set-up arrangements.
The course is very complete, it touches all important aspects related to well-being in the office in front of your computer.
