A very informative, instructive and useful course essential for every office/home worker. The exercise sections were particularly helpful and stimulating.
I thought the training was very useful and informative. The video illustrations were helpful especially with regard to stress and screen levels. It was of assistance to also know that the employer should pay for the eye test/glasses if they are required. I also found the 20,20,20 visual tip very useful.
