Neither good nor bad, it's a DSE course very similar to one you'll do with any other company.
A well-crafted course for activities that we sometimes neglect. I realized a lot of things. I cleaned up on my work-desk. And it's especially important to be able to stretch and relax in time, even if you're not in the mood. Mainly to prevent fatigue and severe pain in various parts of the body.
I found the training to be informative few things i picked up which I wasn't previously aware of
