A well put together course that explains each element in simple terms
I like that the course is split into small slides, rather than 1 long video. Each slide is informative and to the point this is great for users like myself who have a short attention span. The tutorials on how to maintain your posture are great for visual learners.
It was good to undertake this refresher, to avoid any bad sitting habits creeping in.
Generally a good, insightful set of pointers which are presented in a reasonably engaging way
