There is good information here, but presented very slowly and there is no double speed setting. The male presenter has a really condescending and inauthentic manner the whole thing could be condensed to 5 or 10 mins max

A good training course. Done in sections which made it easy to watch and not too long.

This DSE course was thorough and covered all aspects i can think of. I suffer from headaches and migraines so advice on posture, glare etc is useful. the course covered many aspects of DSE. very good course and information was well explained and well laid out.
If you can fill in your gender and you selected male then you could skip out watching the pregnancy section. Otherwise, it was good and in-depth.
Some good tips and advice marred slightly by things like advice to blink and to breathe. More on safe laptop use would probably be helpful for working at home, as would advice on making safer use of the dining room/kitchen chairs most of us will be perched on.
