A wake up call

It was a wake up call to just how bad my posture is becoming. I know I need to sit up straighter and get in the habit of doing so. To start using the 20-20-20 eye routine is a must too, I am my own worst enemy for not taking breaks. I think setting a timer is the way forward as well as perhaps swapping over to an ergonomic mouse, which I believe will help with my posture.

lots of good tips

I found this course very informative. Lots of good tips how to keep a good posture while working using computer VDU and other accessories and phones and a general desk set up.

Comments

Learning material was good. Test was very easy, and should not be problem for anyone. Only issue is the characters for the comments, might be this is my personal problem and language barrier, but I feel that unable to explain my problem with the characters provided, and feel that cutting out does not provide anymore the information I wanted to provide., therefore 4 starts.

Not as boring as expected

Sensible information, well-delivered - a bit irritating (even though it's only about 30 minutes) to have to watch videos that aren't relevant e.g. the bit about laptops didn't come until right at the end, couldn't skip the video about being pregnant or working standing up etc.
