This course was very good because it made me re position everything on my desk, as it was all wrong. So helped enormously. I will endeavour to take the breaks I do not at present both for my body & eyes & I should also begin to feel the benefits of that throughout the day.
This course covers all the relevant measures to ensure good working practice around DSE. There are useful videos/resources to clearly explain the areas of risk and solutions.
I found this course straightforward to complete and a useful reminder of important health and safety wisdom.
