Good that we can complete in our own time

90% was common sense. Thought I'd do part of it in French for fun but it resets the videos to the beginning so that wasted another 30-40 mins of my time.

Highlights the bad habits I have developed over the years

Thoroughly enjoyed this course and found it extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend it to my colleagues.

The presentation was very good in short easy to follow stages lots of insight Into things you don’t realise you are doing wrong. Lots of useful information as well also given you solutions to help keep you safe and stop you from getting strains and pains which you can so easily do by not using screen equipment properly.

I thought that this was a good course particularly since we are working from home. Much better than a tick box exercise with there being actual visual displays/video of the stretching exercises etc.

Thanks, this was really useful and I have learnt a lot of good information I will be able to put in to practice.
