This Course was informative and clear, it stated the main points on good posture and how to use display screen equipment
The content is relevant, easy to understand and well constructed.
It's a must-have training for any employee and it doesn't take too much time to complete. I only wished there was a way to speed up the videos since some of the trainers speak somewhat slow and it can get a little bit tiresome. Aside from that, it's a good training.
I learnt a lot about how I have significantly failed historically to pay attention to basic rules of work practice - particularly work that involves the use of my laptop computer.

I was a DSE assessor and the training provided the essential requirements needed for the user to have a greater understanding of what they need to do to ensure that their workstation is a safe environment. I would recommend this to all my FM & H&S peers
Might be better if the course had downloadable printables such as the stretching exercises
