Good to take time out to see and hear about how you should be using DSE equipment. Will be sure to stretch, take breaks and think about posture when working at desk all day.

A mixture of people talking and demonstrating was useful. Also the need to click to move on, and the option to watch again if anything unclear to you

This was good course, which was clearly and concisely explained, but it was a tad too long.

There is a clear agenda with timings and information is delivered clearly in small sections. Questions are appropriate to the tutorial and demonstrates the understanding. Some content could be streamlined.

The course was very simplistic but covered everything a new starter would need to know. As an office worker of many years who has completed numerous DSE assessments, I found it very basic.

I believe I have heard relevant information as to how to position myself when working at a desk. I now know that I can take regular breaks and I do not necessarily have to wait to go on a break. I feel more confident that if something does not work properly I can immediately report it to the manager
