During this extended period of working from home, it's more important than ever to do this assessment. The questioning made me think of how I work, my environment and how it affects my physical and mental wellbeing.
Liked the stretching exercises which I found useful and will continue to do.
The course video was very well made. On the whole the course was very informative and I loved the exercises and stretches videos.
