The course was a good reminder of what I know I should do but don't always do, or don't do often enough, especially with regard to eye strain and posture.

I found the course informative and found out a few things that I did not know
As with the Manual Handling course, a lot of this content is common sense, and *should* be standard practice, but the reminder is appreciated.
Very useful course especially in the current circumstances which includes working from home.
