Very worthwhile and good advice

An in-depth and very worthwhile training course about protecting your health (posture/eyesight/desk hygiene) when working in a desk job. Well explained and non-patronising, with good videos to explain each point. I consider this 28 minutes very well spent.

Things we often ignore...

Training is fantastic. Lot of things we believe are common sense but more often than not are ignored. Training reemphasis on good practices for use of DSE to drive home the point about managing fatigue, avoiding injuries and be more productive. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Quick, Informative & Understandable

The course was easy to access and understand. It provided informative details that can be applied in day-to-day tasks where screens are used. It is not possible to skip topics that we already know, but it is ok to recap for the final test.

Really good

I thought this was a good course, the pace was a little slow but I guess that's better for some people. Much better than we've had in the past.

Clear, easy to follow, short clips

Useful, informative, short clear clips, easy to follow.

Good but people speak too fast

This is an interesting and useful course. There is a lot of information and at times the presenters speak too fast to be able to take effective notes. I like how the slides are separated so you can revisit them if necessary. It really made me think about my posture and how I use DSE. Thank you.
