I learnt a lot about my health and safety when using VDU screens, i.e. taking regular breaks, and exercises whilst at my desk.
Most of the items covered are known to regular DSE users, but the course serves as a reminder of how important correct handling is, over time.
Quite interesting and now I know what I should be doing and how I should be sitting etc great
