Found it very usefull.
I enjoyed this course. It is critical to be reminded of how i should be working seeing as i spend many hours in front of a computer. I am aware of many of the points covered and am conscious of the recommendations as i have longstanding neck and back issues.

The training was good but it did just keep saying to get a manager to fix/support and sometimes that's not possible.
I found this course very useful and it highlighted safety issues that I can now be aware of for my wellbeing, thank you.
