This was a very informative and worthwhile course.
The evidence base for ergonomics is changing so this information may need updating. Specifically, less emphasis on 'good posture' and more emphasis on 'movement'.

A good and basic training with information that most people would be aware of but generally does not practise. Video is well made and the speaker is clear, with supporting video to show how exercises should be done.

Based mainly at home, it was comforting to work through the DSE training to understand the importance of good posture, working area, breaks etc and be reassured that my home working environment compares favorably to my office environment. I found the training very reassuring.
Really great style of presentation and simply delivered.
It reminded me about the importance of taking breaks, and about ensuring you set up your equipment properly before you start work.
