Easy to learn, review and remember
Well presented, easy to follow and information relevant.
Whilst everything is relevant and correct, the same message could have been delivered in half the time.
I have no sound on my laptop from which I was completing my training. I felt that the subtitles got a bit mixed up with the background text.
Very comprehensive
video content to long, could easily of been half the size, ironic that a display screen equipment safety course would tie you to a computer screen for the length of time it takes to complete.
This course was easy to follow and full of information, with tips of self and equipment maintenance. Would recommend.

The course was very clear, with opportunities to replay videos if desired. The video delivery is very useful for showing posture and stretching exercises for healthy use of DSE.
