The course is good and covers modern office/mobile equipment so is relevant for now. Contains lots of tips to keep free from aches, pains and stress and to protect eyes. Useful additional info including extra tips if you wear varifocal lenses.
Exercises were useful and clearly demonstrated, presenters were clear and assured.

I've been suffering from eye strain recently and this course gave me some good advice on how to avoid eye strain, aches and pains.
well put together for a somewhat "dry" subject and actually held my attention span whilst actually learning quite a lot! We all dont own companies that have managers to report issues to but obviously its meant for all size of companies!
Easy, short scenes with notes at the end slowly build up the training programme
