I received a reminder on 12th April that the Assessment had to be completed even though I did complete it on the day of the course on 06th April?.

This course may be useful to people who spend a lot of time at a screen, but this does not apply to my role so was a total waste of time. This was made worse by the unnecessarily long time for the slides to complete, meaning that I spent most of the time just waiting.

I have sat many similar courses in the past for other employers but this has been by far the best I have encountered. It was clear concise and logical with excellent accompanying video and delivered in a none patronising and easy to digest manner.
Training was good. Clear and concise and informative. Using different 'trainers' on screen was effective to. Very comprehensive without being over complicated
A simple course but with some good information and things to apply, to make me more comfortable at work " Always nice"
