The course was very informative & presented in a straight forward way showing good examples of things you can do to improve how you use & set up work equipment at home. I particularly liked the numerous exercises that improve posture & reduce stress.
The instructions were very informative on how to sit at your work station corrrectly and to avoid causing yourself any injuries to your neck and back also the correct position to sit.

I am sorry but I cannot take this one serious. I can understand the posture aspect, laying out your desk and adjusting your seats but the communal stretching and table tennis breaks don't fit in to my every day working experience.
it has been a very good course allowing me to learn or refresh my mind on important issues I have been neglecting while working with DSE. would like to be taking such courses frequently to better enhance work place safety.
Was a good refresher/reminder about using DSE safely.
