Very interesting, it made me stop and think about the way I use my home workstation. In fact I ordered a brand new desk for home straight away, which will give me more space to work when using the laptop and deal with any paperwork. I already have a headset but realised I wasnt sitting in the correct position when using my laptop. I have also tried the staring in the distance for 20 seconds and I can really feel the difference it makes. Great course.
Good training. Relevant and applicable to homeworkers. Application of tips was easy and effective.
Good videos that are easy to watch and understand. A good reminder of why correct use of our DSE is so important. Good also, that you are told your percentage once you have completed the test and, you know if you get any questions wrong.
The course wasnt too bad but you should be able to skip the videos and go straight to the test. If you get things wrong then you should have to watch the relevant video to fill the knowledge gaps and then retake the test. Nobody wants to spend so much time watching videos like this with no option to skip (in my opinion)
