The course was helpful. A good reminder to change/resolve workspace habits.

Good content interesting speakers and good assessment of knowledge.

I liked the inclusion of the stretches - looking at user behaviour as well as the desktop set up. I hadn't realised how stiff I was until I did them so will be using these going forward!!

There was nothing I didn't already know but it's good to be reminded as it's very easy to slip into bad habits.
