it is a very useful information for people who use the computer all day
The Training was put over in a logical manner that was clear and easy to understand. This was generated by using both verbal and visual prompts with out distracting backgrounds. whilst it was only short, it was effective and thought provoking.
This made a refreshing change to the standard PDF tick box style. It was informative, interactive and practical. Will definitely be looking at making improvements in my posture and work station behaviour!

This is a useful subject however the application of common sense usually is enough.
The DSE training would have a direct impact in reducing Musculoskeletal diseases, particularly in todays generation, factoring the use of mobile phones, laptops and computers in all age ranges.
