I found the Course refreshing in that it has prompted me to remember exactly what I should be checking regularly in order to maintain a healthy posture and all the other connected health points

Some really good detail and excellent steps to follow. Could do with additional content based on Covid, additional cleanliness of workstation, working from home and in different locations, working from multiple locations.

Great course with plenty of considerations for working area set up and great reminders for keeping good body posture.

A very clear and easy to understand instructional video. It seems to cover all requirements and keeps the person engaged throughout.

I thought the questions were thought provoking and the exercises were really helpful in maintaining a good posture, I was also unaware of my employer's obligation to pay for my eye test.
