Some really good detail and excellent steps to follow. Could do with additional content based on Covid, additional cleanliness of workstation, working from home and in different locations, working from multiple locations.

Great course with plenty of considerations for working area set up and great reminders for keeping good body posture.

A very clear and easy to understand instructional video. It seems to cover all requirements and keeps the person engaged throughout.

I thought the questions were thought provoking and the exercises were really helpful in maintaining a good posture, I was also unaware of my employer's obligation to pay for my eye test.

I found it reminded me of all the things we should be aware of and then to look at how I am using and working at my station.

I appreciate all recommendations stated throughout this helful and interesting training course which are not so obviuos for many people. I may even recognise that I learnt many things druring the course and thereby, I felt so glad this morning sharing with my son a couple of things such as the 20-20-20 rule for avoiding stress. Once again, thank you very much to all the people involved to get this nice achievement.
