In a perfect ( office ) situation this coarse is really educational Unfortunately this doesn’t really apply to the surveyors who most of the time are working on laps , floors , or in the car .

The course was easy to follow, the visual prompts were simple to mimic and the voices were clear and easy to understand.
It was very informative and certainly makes you realise how poorly i was treating myself through my posture and lack of easy stretch and relaxation breaks. Thanks! 😊
