A well delivered course giving clear and concise information. Good instructions on best practice and it helped to see 'real life' demonstrations of good practice and exercises to aid DSE user in safe working.
I found the course to be very informative and interesting. Got a lot from it to take away. Going to try my best to do a stretch or two throughout the coming days and to off course do the 20-20-20 rule.
The training was easy to understand and gave all the information needed to ensure that working on DSE is as safe as it can be both physically and mentally.

This course has been very useful for me as it has taught me more about DSE and covered topics I wasn't sure about. I was able to work through it easily, the topics were good and I managed to complete it in a timely manner.
