Managed to get a lot of info across in a short time, and very effectively presented as usual...it'll take some time to get my body used to doing some of the exercises involved, though...!!!

Very easy to follow the instructions and recall information. My only bug bear was in loading the videos as the kept on spooling.

This module was too long - a test is should not be necessary - I feel that a confirmation of viewing the course should be adequate training for this type of module.

Advice given is better than previously seen at other companies. Especially in relation to exercises and monitor height for users with multi-vision lenses.

Information was very good and presentation was excellent, had some trouble with buffering but don't know if this was my system or not. Had got into bad habits so was a good refresher. Will be doing the shoulder rolls!
