Well constructed course, covering all aspects of DSE Health & Safety. I even learnt a few things I didn't already know 😊
Let's face it, this type of training is very important but the subject matter is a bit dull. This was presented in a decent format with a straight forward approach
An excellent course which was extremely informative - thank you!
The training was very clear with excellent visuals to demonstrate the correct posture, positioning, exercises and useful "time out" methods such as 20-20-20. It was concise, easy to follow and not too long and the video based nature meant it held your attention better than someone just talking at you. The in-situ exercises gave my hubby a good laugh too!
The training was very informative and a lot of knowledge was impacted.
The training was well and clearly delivered and offered additional information to reinforce what they were talking about. Both the tutor were very clear in their delivery and the videos highlighted clearly what they were talking about.
This was a really useful reminder and emphasised that I need to take more breaks which I shall do from now on
