I feel that the course gave clear instructions to ensure that employees do not cause harm to themselves and shows ways this can be avoided.
Gives you good suggestions, explains in an easy way how you can reproduce the exercises by yourself. I like the fact that there is not just one person that speaks all the time, fact that doesn’t allow you to get bored. All around the video there are good images that help your visual memory and make it easier to remember most of the informations.
