It explains everything you need to know. Enjoyed doing it.
This is a must-do course for everyone who uses a PC/laptop for work (and at home). It's packed full of great information and tips to make working life more comfortable. The only thing I would add is a section on correct posture and screen adjustment for wearers of varifocals (we tend to read a bit lower than 15°)

Fortunate timing on this one - I have just been told by my physiotherapist that bad posture is what has done the damage to my muscles and tendons. I will be more aware of the exercises, 20 20 20, and walking away - all of these if I am on a roll I kept working through it - now I know better. Very good and very informative.
