I found the training very clear. I particularly like the material covered being delivered in short single topic videos. This training is something that is very practical and relevant that I wish I had received previously. It has made me re-order my desk and I will adopt the disciplines being taught. I'm sure it will assist my posture and effectiveness. I now have an excellent understanding of the best practices and practical guidance to help in the use of daily used work tools.

This is a course that is significant to both employees and employers. It helps the employee understand the constraints at the workstation and also help the Employer improve the conditions of the employer. Overall its a fantastic course that should be incorporated in to any work place.
