This was a simple, straight forward approach to an incredibly important issue that occurs in our daily lives. All the aspects of correct posture and setup were covered, leaving us with no doubt as to what to do to carry out this daily task. It also reminded us as what was ours and the companies responsibilities. Overall - pretty good.
