If I followed some of the advice for exercise and posture I could end up as a paraplegic.
If it is broken, tell your manager. Incorrect, if it is broken make sure you have plugged it in or turned it on else you will look aright muppet.
Lots of subjects covered in a comprehensive, easiliy understood format. I especially liked the exercise section.
Great way to carry out training, was interesting and informative.
