Short videos were easy to use and when my internet dropped but progress was saved. I enjoyed the exercises and found the 20 20 20 helpful as I get tired eyes. I am going to purchase an anti fatigue mat for my stand up desk

This course covers the obvious basics which I was already aware of. There is no additional information to help with individual difficulties and I was unable to skip through completely irrelevant sections such as advice on pregnancy, which was frustrating. The test at the end felt very patronising.
It's easy to forget and fall into old habits, this is a good reminder of what we should be doing regularly and why!
Took onboard a few tips
If the verbal and visual sections were spoken slower with pause gaps ,then it would help to absorb all of information needed for test at end. Overall a good training /learning module.
Gave good examples for stretches to relax muscles. Also gave good information on ways to prevent eye strain.
Good coarse learnt a lot, I was surprised what I did not know about various things with regards to the DSE.. Brill
