I thought the inclusion of reducing stress caused by DSE use was really useful.

This course was interactive, visual and easy friendly! Also I really liked the eyes and cleanliness part. It is rare to hear about eyes muscles strain and so true. Blinking is also very good to have mentioned it because it does help moisturise as well as the 20 20 20 rule. Not everyone is aware of these information but they are so true and relevant. Cleaning our desk and telling about the cleaning regularly because of bacteria spread, is also something people don't do regularly.I liked the edit and videos visualising the content of each slides.Well done guys! Great training and thank you

Enjoyed the Course and lots of useful information to help when using my IPad or Laptop. Good videos and questions at the end of the course.

It was informative but is aimed at people working at a desk all of the time. Not really aimed at teachers who have to do these courses in their own time after work or at weekends.

Far too long. The same information could have been delivered effectively in a third of the time.

Overall good. I have undertaken DSE training in previous jobs so had a fairly good understanding of the principles, however course was a good refresher plus there were one or two new tips that I wasn't previously aware of.On the downside I found the male presenter insufferably smug and his teeth were frighteningly white.
