it was interesting to learn couple things that i didn`t know about, as i don`t work in office. Its useful information.
This was a really useful reminder on the importance of good posture and regular breaks when working on a computer.
Not so good if you have to "hot desk". Hot desking means you cannot be sure space is clean, there is too much noise in open environment. I have to carry everything to work I need - when I had an office space I had all my tools within easy access, also easy access to a ventilator with gas supply- a quiet space to provide training on line or in person.
I would like each member of the team to introduce their names.
