Good reminder of how to set up desk. I think the stretching exercises will definitely be beneficial.

The DSE Training was very informative, the information made me realise that I actually needed to remember to observe my posture so this in itself was an important part of viewing the video. Also I learnt some good points I wasn't aware of.

The messages were delivered in a clear and concise manner with visual displays to follow. A very simple system to use for training and confirmation that the key points were understood

Good to have an refresher of the usual positioning at the computer and fantastic to see that getting tired and stressed from sitting too long at a desk is acknowledged and is the employer's responsibility to manage that. Would have been good to have been aware of this in my last job! Thank you for an interesting and useful course.
