I'm an production operator my PC use it's like 15 minutes a day sometimes than once a year to set a certificate seames a bit too much for me.
Was quick and easy. The short course didn't take up too much of my time.
Although I was already already aware of much of the content of this course, it served as a useful reminder. Over time we forget about posture and I will definitely be setting reminders to check how I am sitting. I will also prioritize breaks more highly.
