As someone who suffers from Arthritis and slipped disc's it is a great reminder of how to be kind to my body and use posture techniques. reminding me about breaks and desk positioning, so easy to slip back into bad habits.

I found the course very engaging and practical. It was a nice experience.
The course has highlighted importance of using equipment in an appropriate way and as such will review the set up at home and in the office.
Usually we keep forgetting the importance of body posture while working with DSE and this training provides helpful tips to practice the right way.
This course was informative and a good reminder on the basics of good habits when using screens.
At least it had a skip button which was useful as I can read and don't need someone to slowly read out the transcript to me. Unlike the other courses.
