Detailed and inclusive, I thought that the exercises really rounded off the factual information that was provided. The only downside was that the two questions that I got wrong I did not click on I just moved my cursor over the screen and it accepted the answer in error, obviously very sensitive to the movement.

The course was a good refresher in ensuring my workstation is organised and that my DSE use is as safe and comfortable as possible.
It gave good advice regarding the use of equipment.
