A good course put a bit long has i work in a very busy lab and can not always have 30mins to do a course.

Lots of information, delivered in a pleasant way. Some interaction with helped with the learning process. Very human and very practical, which made this annual training seem caring rather than a robotic process.

Ironically, a video about the risks of sitting at / using a PC should be quite short and punchy. With scrolling through and doing the test at the end, it's about 45 minutes all in. A lot of it was repetitious and could have been tightened up in the edit. That said, it was well shot and edited and the content was on point, but I was getting very restless towards the end and wanted it to finish.
